PE/Nano membrane/PVC/PET filming hot metal filming production line is a processing technology in which the plastic film(PET, PVC, PVDF, ASA) and the metal plate are heated and pressed at a high temperature, and the film is attached to the metal plate. The metal plate coating technology solve the corrosive problem of metal plates and metal containers. The finished products of PET, PVC, PVCF, ASA felt PPGI is not only has the decorative and diaphragm properties of plastic films, but also has the plasticity and flexibility of metal plates, formality.

Up to now, the metal plate coating technology has developed into various fields such as building materials interior, home appliance shells, and ship interiors.

It is made by laminating PET, PC, PE or PP film with galvanized sheet, cold rolled sheet, aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet and other metal plates. Film-coated sheet is a kind of metal material that has the dual characteristics of polymer resin film and metal plate, which is more excellent in deep drawing resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and decoration than traditional printed and coated tinplate. This feature determines that the film-covered board can use cold-rolled sheet as the base material, and it can be quickly laminated with the overprinted printed film. Therefore, the film-covered board greatly reduces the material cost.
